My biggest takeaway from this chapter revolves around the idea of everything it takes to become a complete teacher. In order to be a successful teacher, I must be aware of all aspects of teaching including aspects such as collaboration with other teachers, encouraging parent involvement. After reading this chapter, I was much more aware of the importance of involving parents to create a unified group of people all striving to help each student succeed.
